Businesses soliciting outside customers are not allowed to operate inside the subdivision in order to limit traffic, parking, noise, and other issues with your neighbors caused by non-residents entering the subdivision. You may provide up to three short paragraphs to describe what you're selling. For example, when selling a house, list the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other amenities such as a pool or outdoor gazebo. If you're planning a "moving sale" ("garage sale"), list some of the more significant items, such as a sofa, dining table, or refrigerator.
Provide contact info (phone number and email address) as HPHRA will not get involved in connecting residents and potential buyers, other than directing potential new residents to view ALL available houses or lots.
Provide the asking price of what you're selling.
You can provide up to 10 photographs. For example, photos of the outside and major indoor features of your house or exterior and interior of a vehicle
Keep in mind when offering a property for rent that all homes in Hensonville Plaza are for single family occupation only. No multi-family residences, "dorms" or "mini hotels" are allowed. Review the HPHRA Rules and Regulations for details.
Notify HPHRA immediately if your item is no longer available. All ads are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you explicitly notify HPHRA to renew the listing for an additional 30 days.
